Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, offering clean and quiet accommodations with two comfy queen beds, a microwave, mini-fridge, good heater, and a great shower. The overall cleanliness was superb. However, there was a shortage of toilet paper during my stay. The location was convenient, right off I-80, easy to reach from the freeway, and felt safe with a nearby convenience store. The dining experience was truly enjoyable, offering a variety of options and the best breakfast I've had at a chain motel. However, there were some minor issues with the heating and cooling unit in the room.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were opened early for me upon my request, which was a great touch compared to other hotels. However, I did notice cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and there was occasional noise from a barking dog and loud TV. The service was exceptionally professional and caring, meeting all my requests with a cheerful attitude. The location was fantastic, close to I-80 with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was more than adequate, with some minor flaws in the options available. Overall, a stay with ups and downs but worth it for the location and service.
The hotel rooms were large and clean, perfect for my fiance to get around on her crutches, but being next to the parking lot made it a little loud at times. The service was friendly and helpful, with employees in hospitality training. The location was great for travelers, though the dining options were limited to cheese sticks and subpar fruits. The facilities offered newer furniture and a comfortable bed, but with strange lighting and average breakfast offerings.
